Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes, mills, grinders, or other machining equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and material usage
- Follow safety and quality procedures, including use of PPE and adherence to company protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform routine machine maintenance
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams on non-conforming parts or improvement opportunities
Salary : $30 - $45
