Position Overview

• Seeking a versatile BI Developer to join the Operations Business Intelligence team, focused on delivering high-impact Power BI reporting that transforms raw data into actionable executive insights across Collections, Fleet, Post Collections, and Dispatch.
• Own the full lifecycle of report development, including requirements gathering with leadership, data modeling, and delivering polished, production-ready dashboards.
• Design executive-grade dashboards that prioritize UX/UI, ensuring complex operational data is digestible and visually compelling.
• Author advanced DAX measures and utilize Power Query (M) for sophisticated data shaping and business logic implementation.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from prototype through UAT to production deployment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Administer Power BI workspaces and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access.
• Lead requirements discovery sessions with senior leadership across Collections, Fleet, Post Collections, and Dispatch to define KPIs and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
• Present and demo reports to executive stakeholders, focusing on data storytelling, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate within Agile environments using Azure DevOps to track stories, manage backlogs, and maintain transparency into the development roadmap.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines leveraging MS Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse) and Snowflake to support real-time and batch reporting.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust data models (Star Schema) to ensure performance and data integrity.
• Perform root-cause analysis on slow-running reports and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake and DAX expressions in Power BI to achieve high performance.
