Auffenberg of Carbondale is seeking an Automotive License & Title Clerk. We are a busy dealership and welcome anyone that enjoys a fast paced environment! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

We are seeking a bright energetic individual with great work ethics and a team player to join our consolidated office staff, experience is preferred!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and process documents for in state and out of state registrations for vehicle purchases
- Ensure all taxes are paid timely and proper documents are completed
- Verify applications for accuracy, completion and all required signatures are present on all documents
- Monitoring vehicle license and registering systems for tax liabilities that are coming due
- Monitoring and update the License & Title schedules
- Accurately post retail and wholesale transactions into our computer systems
- Work closely with finance department on resolving issues that may need attention
- Able to Multitask
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities and/or business requirements as assigned by Office Manager
- Good reading and writing skills.
- Strong grammar and spelling.
- Competent keyboard skills.
- Good communication.
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Willingness to embrace technology.
- Hourly Rate $15.00 per hour or higher, based on experience.
