Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our Human Resources department as a Part-Time HR Support Staff member. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a college student looking to gain hands-on corporate and HR experience while balancing their class schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and department operations.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and digital files with high accuracy.
- Draft, format, and proofread HR documents, memos, and correspondence.
- Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and spreadsheets for meetings and reviews.
- Assist with on-boarding paperwork, scheduling interviews, and other recruitment tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong computer and technical skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
