Americas Insurance inside of Plaza Mariachi is looking for customer service representatives to provide insurance product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Answering Client Inquiries: CSRs handle a variety of requests and inquiries from policyholders, including questions about insurance coverage, claim statuses, and billing issues.
Providing Information: They walk clients through the details of their policies, such as coverage limits, exclusions, and premium payments.
Resolving Problems: When clients encounter an issue, a CSR is a whiz providing solutions—whether it’s related to claims, billing, or policy changes.
Processing Policy Changes: CSRs ensure that the agency’s clients have policies that are up to date.
Providing Quotes: CSRs may help generate proposals, offering clients comparisons between different policies.

Qualifications:
