Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $16.39 hourly. Lincolnshire Apartments. Will support the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of the property by performing general maintenance and repair duties. Will complete all forms of maintenance activities, including but not limited to furnace repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical issues. Will identify maintenance needs and communicate repair issues or concerns to management. Working 40 hours per week.
Experience in some form of construction or the housing industry is required. Certification and/or training in carpentry and/or general maintenance is preferred.
