What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Audiological Services of Cadillac and Cadillac ENT?
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy medical office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth office operations and great customer service. Having previous experience working in a medical office is a plus but not required.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and can be patient and kind with the general public.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Check in patients in a timely manner.
- Provide general information to patients.
- Send messages to the appropriate people.
- Accurate data entering
