Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail and shipments according to company procedures.
- Organize mailroom areas and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Track packages and assist with delivery records.
- Verify addresses, labels, and shipment details.
- Assist employees with mail and package-related requests.
- Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing items.
- Coordinate with couriers and delivery services when needed.
- Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and materials.
- Support office operations with administrative tasks.
- Keep the mailroom clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Pay: $22.30 - $23.30 per hour
