This is an excellent opportunity for a service professional with knowledge or experience with luxury retail, watch repair and or jewelry repair. The Watch Service Coordinator is a hands-on full-time role located in Metairie, Louisiana. We are seeking a customer service professional with excellent communication skills and great personality. who is patient, efficient, with attention to detail. This is a customer facing position in a luxury environment and requires a customer service demeanor that inspires trust and professionalism. This individual will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring that all services are performed in an on-time and efficient manner. This individual will communicate with clients regarding service recommendations and pricing. This role will also maintain client information, service records & generate regular reports related to our service department. The ideal candidate will possess an avid interest in high-end luxury timepieces and/or jewelry repair.

Responsibilities:

Provide a luxury client experience, the Service Coordinator will ensure a transparent flow of the service process from the point of take-in with the client, through delivery of the repair and post repair client follow up. Primary responsibility for creating a client experience based on trust & luxury service.

Responsible for learning and assisting in all aspects of watch & repair servicing.

• Successfully complete all luxury brand training requirements relative to service work and all brand repair/service protocols & processes.
• Provide answers to questions and inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and resolving immediate customer issues in person, via email or telephone. Provide same support for sales team.
• Facilitate all in-store watch battery changes, band sizing, and bracelet adjustments
• This role also assists in non-watch jewelry repair take in, delivery & coordination

Work closely with the sales staff, vendors, shop and watchmaker, including all of the luxury brand service centers that may be involved in the repair service processes.

Communicate service estimates to clients in a timely and customer friendly manner.

• Assist on sales floor in our retail showroom as needed. This position has regular customer facing duties in a sales support role.

Review all repairs for Incoming Service Procedure compliance & pricing.

Review quotation accuracy and/or draft estimate. Quality control on all repairs.

Requirements

Organized and motivated with excellent communication skills - written and verbal

3 years’ experience in luxury retail and or watch/jewelry industry

Demonstrated ability to communicate and multi task within a fast-paced environment

Excellent service skills and passion for providing clients a personalized luxury experience

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients about watch/jewelry troubleshooting, repairs, and services. Outstanding follow up skills & service mindset.

Ability to establish trust with clients

Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn our internal POS software.
