Responsibilities
The hiring coordinator:
- Screens applicants and identifies potential candidates for vessel positions.
- Schedules and coordinates interviews with qualified candidates.
- Maintains timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the interview process.
- Offers jobs to qualified candidates and facilitates handoff to Human Resources for onboarding.
