We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to assist in leading our company. This position calls for a highly experienced operations professional with successful experience in the fine, luxury jewelry space. This role requires strong organizational, analytical and communication skills This role requires an ability to lead an experienced 48-person team, multi-task, problem solve and assure that departments, systems and teams’ function at a high level. The right candidate will have the opportunity to lead/support an outstanding group of highly experienced professionals as well as work closely with ownership as part of our executive team.
