What You’ll Do
You’ll own the full sales experience — from first conversation to successful event:
- Grow the business: Proactively identify, pursue, and close group and catering opportunities using smart strategy, creative selling, and strong negotiation skills.
- Build trusted relationships: Become a go-to partner for clients by understanding their needs, guiding them through planning, and delivering consistent follow-through.
- Create seamless events: Serve as the primary client liaison and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure every program runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
- Sell with insight: Use market knowledge and competitive awareness to close the right business for both the client and the hotel.
- Represent our culture: Lead with hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork — setting the tone for exceptional guest service and internal collaboration.
