Position Title and Overview: Human Resources Generalist (Full-Time)
Auberle's Human Resources team supports roughly 250 employees. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and covers the full generalist scope, with a primary focus on recruiting and onboarding.
We're looking for someone ready to build a structured recruiting function in partnership with the organization: developing sourcing strategies, coaching managers on hiring best practices, and identifying ways to use our Human Resource Information System (Paycom) to streamline information flow and transparency across the recruiting and onboarding process. You would own recruiting and onboarding end to end, including leading the agency’s group orientation events, while supporting the broader HR team with day-to-day generalist work under the direction of the HR Manager. Generalist work spans compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
The right person for this role is energized by a quality customer service approach and welcomes a seat at the table with leadership to tackle workforce challenges. You are drawn to solving hard-to-fill recruiting puzzles and finding ways to automate manual work in our HRIS. If you are looking for a role where your work shapes the meaningful contribution Human Resources makes to the organization, this is it.
