Position SummaryAs a Paid Media & Digital Campaigns Specialist at Aubergine, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, primarily across social platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your main focus will be on ensuring digital cohesion between social campaigns and in-location screens, with secondary support across our app, website, and Google campaigns as needed. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and tech teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Campaign Alignment- Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms
- Strategize and collaborate with the Ellie on ad briefs, content needs, and timely asset delivery
- Ensure social campaigns align with in-location digital screens for cohesive messaging
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, new product launches, loyalty promotions, and location-based activations
- A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROAS and drive customer retention
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights
App / Website / Google (Secondary Support)
- Assist in driving installs, web traffic, and digital orders for the Aubergine app and website
- Support landing page strategy and provide feedback based on user behavior and ad performance
- Manage and optimize Google campaigns as needed
- Track and report on app and web KPIs to inform broader campaign strategy
- Collaborate on seasonal and promotional efforts tied to digital ordering and user acquisition
- Maintain brand cohesiveness by reviewing and proofing paid media campaigns, website, and app to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
- Confident using analytics to make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized and self-directed with strong time management skills
- Creative thinker passionate about wellness, food, and culture
