Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Manager, Distribution Technology to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of key hotel technology platforms, including Synxis CRS and Opera Cloud PMS. This role will be instrumental in supporting new property openings, transitions, and ongoing enhancements to our revenue infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex system configurations, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring distribution consistency across all channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support configuration and optimization of Synxis CRS and Opera Cloud during new property launches, conversions, and upgrades.
• Provide project management support for the implementation of revenue management and distribution platforms.
• Manage complex system configuration changes within Opera PMS including room type changes, OXI interface settings, package configuration.
• Provide dedicated property-level support for day-to-day distribution tasks—including rate code configuration, GDS mapping, and third-party channel integrations—for a select portfolio of properties, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and optimal visibility across all distribution channels.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues between internal and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead standardization initiatives across properties, including coding structures (origin/source), market segmentation, package configuration, and rate code consistency.
• Evaluate and support the onboarding of new distribution opportunities, including emerging channels and partners.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure rate and room availability accuracy and visibility across direct and third-party distribution platforms.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and SOPs for distribution-related workflows.
• Administer user access and permissions across all systems tied to revenue and distribution functions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in revenue management and distribution.
• Strong proficiency with Synxis CRS and Opera Cloud
• Background with independent hotels, luxury brands, residential offerings and international markets is highly valued.
• A driven, innovative, and collaborative professional with a curious mindset and a talent for multitasking.
• Known for identifying opportunities where others see obstacles, they lead by example—rolling up their sleeves to get the job done
  
  

The Manager, Distribution Technology offers a base salary range of $90,000-$120,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
