What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats
- Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team that show up and buy
- Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects
- Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure-free communication
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
- Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews
- Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
- Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus
- Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays
