Position Highlights:
- Assist customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process
- Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
- Utilize social media and other platforms to build your personal brand and promote the dealership
- Maintain knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, current incentives, and financing options
- Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready
- Deliver vehicles to guests in a professional, efficient manner
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and follow-up
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
