Role Summary

As Production Manager, you will play a central role in leading daily operations, implementing lean practices, and scaling capacity to support company growth. This role combines leadership, process improvement, and financial acumen to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable production.

What You’ll Do

· Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and frontline staff.

· Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work) to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

· Ensure daily schedules are met safely, on time, and at the highest quality standards.

· Analyze capacity and lead projects to increase throughput and support growth.

· Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive gross profit improvement.

· Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to sustain compliance, safety, and uptime.

What We’re Looking For

· 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience (food/beverage preferred).

· Strong track record in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

· Financial literacy and experience managing budgets/cost control.

· Experience scaling operations and improving production capacity.

· HACCP/SQF knowledge; Lean Six Sigma or CPIM certification a plus.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus.

Physical Demands Medium - Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand for a long period of time as well as raise and move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be willing to work flexible hours and flexible shifts.
