ATX Event Systems is a $10M live event production company scaling toward $20M with a clear path to $50M. We produce high-impact, large-scale events for brands, agencies, and enterprise clients across live, studio, and hybrid environments.
We are not starting from scratch.
We have:
- A structured sales pipeline in HubSpot and sophisticated proprietary sales tools
- Defined workflows and execution systems in ClickUp
- Integrated inventory and asset management in Flex
- Crew management software
- A strong team across Sales, Account Management, Project Management, and Operations
We are hiring a VP of Client Delivery and Operations to optimize, operate, and scale this system.
You will act as the quarterback of the business, ensuring that our existing systems, teams, and workflows operate at a higher level of performance as we scale.
This is not a ground-up build role.
This is a performance and scale role focused on:
- Improving conversion, margin, and execution
- Increasing consistency across teams
- Driving accountability and alignment
- Scaling what already works without overcomplicating it
You are responsible for how the system performs, not just how teams function.
- Review inbound opportunities and coach deals to improve win rate, margin, and scope clarity
- Ensure proper assignment of Account Managers and Project Managers based on deal complexity and capacity
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and conversion rates
- Oversee project execution from handoff through post-production
- Ensure consistent delivery aligned with defined standards and SOWs
- Lead weekly operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, project reviews, team scrums)
- Resolve escalations across accounts, projects, and production teams
- Optimize staffing across Account Management, Project Management, and Operations
- Ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time
- Balance workload and utilization to maximize efficiency and performance
- Improve adoption and performance of existing tools: HubSpot, ClickUp, Flex
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows
- Enhance SOP adherence and consistency across teams
- Drive incremental improvements—not unnecessary complexity
- Develop and elevate Account Managers and Project Managers
- Provide structured coaching through weekly scrums and performance reviews
- Establish and reinforce KPIs across pipeline, margin, execution, and client satisfaction
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Higher pipeline conversion rates and faster deal velocity
- Improved gross margins and reduced project variance
- Consistent, high-quality execution across all events
- Strong client retention and account growth
- Systems that scale without increasing complexity or reliance on the founder
You have come up through the ranks and have held roles during your career in Operations, Project Management, Sales and Management. You are an operator who believes in & improves systems, not someone who needs to rebuild them. You have the respect of your co-workers and clients and a long history of relationships you maintain both personally and professionally. You are level headed, calm under pressure and balance decision making with data, instinct, experience and intuition.
- 10–20 years in live events, AV production, with an emphasis on corporate events and heavy asset based company models.
- Experience leading & operating within a $10M–$50M business or division in the event production industry.
- A track record of improving performance within existing systems
- Strong commercial instincts (margin, pricing, scope discipline)
- Experience leading across revenue and delivery functions
- A systems optimizer
- A lifelong learner
- A P&L owner
- A leader of leaders
- A quarterback
- Sales, Project Management and Operations
- Someone who wants to rebuild everything from scratch
- A bureaucratic process builder
- A rule by directive dictator
- A pure project manager
We offer a performance-driven compensation package aligned with company growth:
- Base Salary: $140,000
- Performance Bonus: 30% of base (tied to company KPIs)
- Revenue Override: 0.5% of gross profit (capped)
- Equity: Phantom equity (1%) vesting after 3 years ($50k - $300k )
Total compensation year 1 potential: $165k – $280k
Total compensation year 3 potential $255k - $700k
- You will step into a company with a real foundation already in place
- You will have the opportunity to improve and scale a functioning system, not build from zero
- You will play a key role in transitioning the company from founder-led to system-driven
- You will participate in long-term value creation
If you are looking to:
- Build systems from scratch
- This is not the role.
If you are looking to:
- Take a working system & team, improve it all and scale it
- Be the coach to a team of extremely talented, kind and hardworking individuals
