Warehouse Associate | First Shift | Erlanger, KY

Responsible for supporting warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and organizing materials to be shipped to jobs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational skills. MUST CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, and verifying against purchase orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customer locations.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring materials are easily accessible and properly stored.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools in compliance with safety standards.
• Process returns and ensure materials are restocked properly.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring all materials are properly secured and protected during transit.
• Work effectively with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of materials to jobs and customers.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with shipments, inventory, or equipment to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• MUST CURRENTLY HAVE OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION
• 3 Years of Manufacturing Experience (heavy machinery preferred)
• Previous Lead experience required
• 2 years of Forklift experience (propane preferred)
• Ability to utilize a measuring tape to the 1/32" mark.
  
• Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings/instructions.
• Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time

Schedule:

1st Shift- 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay:

$22/hr paid weekly
