Junior Sales Representative | First Shift | Cincinnati, OH
Are you a people person with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base in the staffing industry. We offer an exciting opportunity to join one of the most well-respected staffing organizations in Cincinnati. We are a family-owned company that values employees and their families. We are willing to train entry level professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
- Develop and send marketing emails and outreach campaigns
- Maintain and update a database of client contacts, job orders, and drops
- Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and community events
- Attend networking events to build and strengthen business relationships
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.
- 2 years of business to business sales experience
- Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling
- Knowledge of businesses/organizations in the Cincinnati/NKY area
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging strategies to promote our services and attract new clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency with CRM or database management tools a plus
Compensation:
Salary sales commission
Schedule:
First Shift, Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
