Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing manufacturing team in Sacramento. If you have experience in shipping and receiving, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Build wooden shipping crates using hand and carpentry tools.
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials and finished products.
• Process purchase orders, return material authorizations, and non-conformance reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Inspect finished products prior to shipment using established checklists.
• Package products according to customer and company requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain shipping supplies.
• Support other warehouse and shipping functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience using hand and carpentry tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
