We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, manufacturing equipment, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) for a high-tech manufacturing facility. This is a full-time temporary role supporting a 24/7 operation.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day facility operations, utilities, clean room environments, and building systemsLead EHS programs including OSHA compliance, hazardous waste, emergency response, and safety trainingSupervise and develop facilities and maintenance staff; manage contractors and vendorsOversee preventive maintenance, emergency response, and regulatory reportingManage budgets, compliance requirements, and facility improvement projectsQualifications:BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience (10 years)3 years of EHS management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsKnowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirementsU.S. Person status required; ability to obtain security clearanceCompany DescriptionFor over 30 years, clients and candidates have entrusted AtWork to provide workforce solutions nationwide.
