Clinical Support SpecialistFull-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)Location: Gregory Bunker Care Transitions CenterPay: $25.00 per hourFLSA Status: Non-Exempt About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) to support patients in a recuperative care environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can safely heal from acute and chronic illnesses. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on patient care experience who is passionate about serving underserved populations in a high-impact, team-based setting.The CSS plays a critical role in patient monitoring, medication support, care coordination, and communication with nursing and multidisciplinary care teams.
