What You’ll Do:
Manage daily property operations with a focus on tenant satisfaction and compliance
Handle incoming calls and tenant inquiries professionally and promptly
Address and resolve tenant complaints in a timely and effective manner
Collect rent payments and process them accurately
Oversee leasing activities, including applications, renewals, and compliance with affordable housing regulations
Ensure adherence to Tax Credit (LIHTC) property compliance and reporting requirements
Must-Haves:
- Experience in property management (affordable housing preferred)
- Knowledge of leasing procedures and affordable housing programs (LIHTC)
- Strong communication skills for handling tenant concerns and complaints
- Ability to take calls, manage inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism
- Experience with rent collection, record-keeping, and compliance reporting
