What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Development Representative at AtWork, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the staffing industry, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored workforce solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments, offering customized staffing solutions that align with client objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
