Manufacturing Assembly Operator – Foam & Molding Lines
Location: Rockford, TN
Compensation: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available

Open Shifts
- 1st: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd (Assembly): Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- 2nd (Molding): Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd (Molding): Sun night – Thu night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Immediate hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
What You'll Do
- Assemble components using hand and power tools; adjust and align parts as required.
- Place foam pieces onto components accurately per work instructions.
- Perform quality checks on parts and finished products to meet company standards.
- Thrive in a repetitive production setting while maintaining high efficiency.
- Keep your area orderly and follow all safety procedures.
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or equipment issues promptly.
- Contribute ideas to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic reading, math, and reasoning skills.
- Clear communication—both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to schedules.
You should be proficient in:
- Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
