Business Development Manager
Location: Appleton, WI (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: Base salary commission performance bonuses

AtWork is one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the country, and our Appleton office is on the rise. We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth by building strong partnerships and delivering staffing solutions that make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive local growth
• Build and nurture client relationships through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Manage leads through the full sales cycle with a consultative approach
• Partner with recruiters to ensure top-tier service and client success
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and stay current on industry trends
What You Bring to the Table:
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• A self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
