Job Description:
Loss Prevention
Lead efforts to reduce shrink of all assets
Assist in developing anti-shrink processes for Ops and SSC teams
Assist HR to train field operations teams and at the SSC
Assist operations and accounting to reduce Cash over and shorts
Conduct routine field visits to “Inspect what we Expect”
Monitor and review PI prep, staffing, execution and results
Assist conducting SWATs at high shrink stores and other investigations as needed
Consistently review overall company processes and shrink trends to modify and create best practices as needed such as Defectives, Special Orders, Auto Batteries, high dollar Exceptions, etc.Ensure proper use of LP hardware and software to ensure effective functionality.
Assist and/or conduct safety audits, gun audits, Loomis audits as necessary.
Safety
Perform safety audits while traveling stores in coordination with LP audits
Conduct inspections of safety equipment such as eye wash stations, first aid stations, fire extinguishers, emergency exit doors & signs, etc. using the current safety audit forms.
Be a team player and assist others within the company as needed with a positive attitudeCommunicate in a professional and respectful manners to both internal and external partners

Qualifications and educational requirements:
Relative experience in related field required

Typing emails, letters and drafting pertinent business plans as necessary
