We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and energetic individual to join our team as an Tour Guide. This role plays a key part in delivering a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience for our guests.
As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups on outdoor ATV tours, ensure safety at all times, and provide excellent customer service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise tours in a safe and professional manner
- Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to guests
- Ensure all guests follow rules and ride safely
- Deliver a fun, engaging, and memorable experience
- Assist with check-in, preparation, and organization of tours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
Requirements:
- MUST have experience riding ATVs
- MUST have experience with ATV maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to manage groups and stay organized
