Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator based in Seattle, WA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, supporting on-site event operations, and ensuring a seamless event experience. Key responsibilities also include drafting event timelines, overseeing venue setups, and collaborating with clients to meet their requirements and expectations. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to enhance event quality and contributing to the overall success of Atuiqe’s events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution across multiple projects
- Assist with event logistics, schedules, timelines, and run-of-show documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, venues, and internal team members
- Support site planning, venue setups, and on-site event operations
- Assist with permits, compliance requirements, and safety protocols as needed
- Provide on-site support during live events, helping resolve operational issues in real time
- Maintain clear documentation, checklists, and post-event wrap-up reports
- Collaborate with clients to meet project goals and continuously improve event quality
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and coordinating large-scale live events.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales or event-related business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local event regulations, safety standards, and compliance is a plus.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 – $68,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
