About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow System Administrator to own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You'll be the go-to technical resource ensuring the platform runs reliably, scales with business needs, and delivers value across ITSM, ITOM, and adjacent modules.
What You'll Do
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform including user management, roles, groups, and access controls
- Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and notifications
- Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Manage upgrades, patches, and platform health β including MID server administration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations
- Troubleshoot issues and serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support for platform-related problems
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations
What You Bring
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Proficiency in configuring core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting MSP or multi-client environments
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Exposure to SecOps, GRC, or HRSD modules
- Familiarity with CMMC or other compliance frameworks
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
