Role Description
The Title Processor & Closer role is a full-time, on-site position located in our Fort Lauderdale or Delray Beach offices. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing title commitments, processing escrow disbursements, coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and clients, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Title Processor & Closer will handle customer inquiries, facilitate seamless closings, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and client service.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
- Experience or certification in Notary and Escrow processes
- Excellent customer service skills focused on delivering satisfactory client experiences
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles related to escrow disbursements and transaction reconciliation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant title processing software and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate transactions in Florida is highly desirable
