Role Description
Sanchez & Associates, PA is seeking to add a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Family Law Legal Assistant located in Tampa, FL at Nilo J Sanchez & Associates PA Family Law & Divorce Attorneys.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Required
- Family Law experience Required
- Legal Assistant experience Required
Responsibilities
- Document review to support family law cases.
- Scheduling - Hearings, Depositions, Mediations, CMCs etc.
- Manage case files and maintain organized records within the law office.
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation, discovery, including drafting pleadings, exhibit preparation and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Utilize legal research tools such as CLIO, Family Law Software, Word and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Answer phones and assist with new clients.
