Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation Job Description Title: Finance and Administrative Coordinator Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education FLSA Status: Non-exempt Schedule: Full-time Location: Oklahoma City, OK Position Summary: This position will be responsible for administrative, financial, and other various office tasks within the Administration unit. Duties & Responsibilities: · Organize and track agency inventory to include computers, software, furniture, and vehicles. · Surplus furniture and equipment as needed. · Assist in day-to-day office operations to include purchasing and various projects. · Setting up and organizing offices, furniture, and computer equipment for new hires. · Checking-in computer equipment, credentials, etc. for departing employees. · Work with employees to book travel reservations and process travel reimbursements. · Purchasing, Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable. · Order office furniture and supplies as requested. · Manage facilities maintenance requests for various locations. · Other administrative and finance duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to obtain State Certified Purchasing Officer (CPO) within one year.
