Atticus is hiring for a long term leadership position!
Established in 2010, Atticus has distinguished itself as a staple in the Park City community. We are high volume & community-minded coffee shop offering an extensive coffee & tea menu, affordable, fast breakfast & an eclectic retail store with a literary motif. We strive to provide an oasis from the outside world for customers and employees alike and have created a healthy, vibrant and family-style work environment with quality, consistency, customer service & communication being our driving goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated, driven leader to run our team. Industry & management experience is necessary. Responsibilities will include equality in basic barista responsibilities such as food & drink preparation, excellent service, packaging tea, stocking, and cleaning as well as leading a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Daily responsibilities with also include inventory, ordering, scheduling, training & merchandising.
Requirements are strong written & verbal communication skills, great organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift 30lbs on a daily basis with access to a vehicle & valid driver's license.

Store hours are 7am-6:30pm // Shifts are typically 6-7hours // 6:30am-1pm, 8am-2pm or 1pm-7pm // Our business is highly seasonal with June-October & December-March being our peak seasons.
