- Help guests find the right machine to match their lifestyle
- Recommend add-ons and accessories that enhance the ride
- Follow up with leads and support the full sales process
- Work closely with your manager and teammates to meet goals
- Bring energy and positivity to every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, coachable, and driven personality
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- A passion for powersports (or a desire to learn more about them!)
- Comfortable using computers and learning systems
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to be on your feet and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
