Be the helping hand that keeps everything running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming. You’ll use your technical skills, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic to ensure our buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards for our residents and staff.

You’ll use your technical skills, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic to ensure our buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards for our residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties both inside and outside the buildings.
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
- Support renovation projects and assist with setups for meetings, events, and resident moves.
- Operate equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards or needed repairs promptly.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three years of maintenance or mechanical experience required; vocational training a plus.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with insurability under company policy.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, flexible, and customer service oriented.
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, AM/Mid Day availability preferred
