About the Role:
 We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Executive Personal Assistant to support our President and manage day-to-day operations in our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong multitasker, and enjoys wearing many hats—from keeping the workspace running smoothly to assisting with production and sales logistics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

         •        Provide comprehensive administrative support to company President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and personal errands

         •        Oversee office management duties: maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, order and stock supplies, coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed

         •        Handle shipping and receiving, including preparing and tracking FedEx and other courier shipments

         •        Support the production and sales team during product arrivals (e.g. rugs), including unpacking, inventory organization, basic documentation, and coordination with sales

         •        Serve as the point of contact for general office inquiries and vendor communication

         •        Assist with light project management and task follow-ups to help ensure smooth operations

         •        Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

         •        Previous experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role

         •        Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

         •        Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently

         •        Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace

         •        Comfortable with occasional physical tasks (e.g. unpacking shipments, organizing inventory)

         •        Proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with FedEx or other shipping systems is a plus
