What Youll Do
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and companionship.
Step in to fill open shifts, ensuring clients always have the care they need.
Greet and assist caregivers, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Help with scheduling and staffing by communicating availability and coordinating with the office team.
Assist with light administrative tasks such as record-keeping, compliance, and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with agency and state guidelines.
Support special projects, events, and caregiver appreciation initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
A caring, dependable attitude and a passion for helping others.
Previous caregiving or PCA experience (preferred, but not required).
Basic administrative or office skills are a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Comfort with computers and basic office software.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
