- Ensure all proposals meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and submission deadlines.
- Team Coordination & Communication
- Formulate and manage project teams aligned with specific proposal requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between all participating firms.
- Content Development & Subject Matter Expertise
- Interview subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and management responses.
- Organize and maintain project data, resumes, and team qualifications for proposal use.
- Manage all documentation requested in RFQs and RFPs.
- Marketing Strategy & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in documentation branding to align with ATSER’s market position, vision and mission.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales and competitive positioning.
