- Budgeting & Performance Management Lead budgeting processes by developing schedules, consolidating financial data, and recommending plans; monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to meet budget objectives.
- Cash & Investment Management Maximize returns and limit risk by managing cash flow, optimizing bank balances, and overseeing investment activities.

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- Construction experience strongly preferred.
