Own a safety-first maintenance operation while aligning your team to site and enterprise goals. If you thrive on coaching people, standardizing processes, and communicating with customers, you’ll feel right at home.
Your impact
- Safety leadership: administer the Site Safety Program, reinforce Beyond Zero behaviors, and uphold 5S every day.
- Strategy into action: convert company and site initiatives into clear team plans; guide successful adoption of new procedures.
- Cultural stewardship: use ATS leadership competencies; model self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
- People development: manage performance, mentor in one-on-ones, and open pathways for training and advancement.
- Operational excellence: embed the Operating System; partner with the Site Manager on maintenance KPIs and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer partnership: escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to sustain a positive, profitable relationship.
- Resource control: assist in managing labor, overtime, and material spend; approve overtime requests.
- Plan execution: review work orders, protect the schedule, and close execution gaps.
- Influential communication: lead focused meetings that produce decisions and action.
What you’ll need
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 3 years of related experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with Microsoft tools, web applications, and CMMS platforms.
It helps if you also have
- Foundational business acumen: contracts, customer operations, negotiation, billing models, financial understanding, and relationship building.
- Planner/scheduler experience.
Pay and benefits
Pay Range $76,937.45—$102,583.29 USD
