Your impact

• Safety leadership: administer the Site Safety Program, reinforce Beyond Zero behaviors, and uphold 5S every day.
• Strategy into action: convert company and site initiatives into clear team plans; guide successful adoption of new procedures.
• Cultural stewardship: use ATS leadership competencies; model self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
• People development: manage performance, mentor in one-on-ones, and open pathways for training and advancement.
• Operational excellence: embed the Operating System; partner with the Site Manager on maintenance KPIs and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Customer partnership: escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to sustain a positive, profitable relationship.
• Resource control: assist in managing labor, overtime, and material spend; approve overtime requests.
• Plan execution: review work orders, protect the schedule, and close execution gaps.
• Influential communication: lead focused meetings that produce decisions and action.

What you’ll need

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 3 years of related experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with Microsoft tools, web applications, and CMMS platforms.

It helps if you also have

• Foundational business acumen: contracts, customer operations, negotiation, billing models, financial understanding, and relationship building.
• Planner/scheduler experience.

Pay and benefits

Pay Range $76,937.45—$102,583.29 USD
