Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification (valid and for the state of Ohio)
