- $7,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time only!
- Full Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Part Time: All Shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift)
- 8 or12-Hour Shifts!!!
- Sign on Bonus Hourly Pay $3.40/hour HERO Pay
- 39-Bed Facility - Lower patient ratios for more meaningful resident care

What You'll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset
- A passion for improving the lives of residents
