Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year experience in customer service and payroll required
- Processes daily changes related to the Electronic Staffing and Scheduling System (ESSS).
- Collaborates with the Staffing Analyst to develop educational materials and handouts.
- Maintains up-to-date Assignment/Employee information for Contract staff in the Electronic Staffing and Scheduling System (ESSS).
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service to the ESSS.
- Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time.
- Maintains professional development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Proficient computer skills
- Self-starter with high energy to function in a fast-paced environment
