What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services for licensed units under the guidance of the Director of Nursing
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services according to resident care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with the majority in a leadership or management role
- Medication administration ability and IV certification
- Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- A passion for improving the lives of residents
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
