What You’ll Do
Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services for licensed units under the guidance of the Director of Nursing
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care and related services according to resident care plans
Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
What You Bring
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with the majority in a leadership or management role
Medication administration ability and IV certification
Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
A passion for improving the lives of residents
Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
