What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
- Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
- Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
- Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
- Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
- No certification required
- Genuine care and compassion for elderly residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and support nursing and care teams
