Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs, construction type projects, and servicing of equipment in accordance with manufactures instructions, facility policy, and under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensure equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained
• Conduct preventative maintenance as assigned to include but not limited to facility logs such as water temperature, call lights, generator and fire alarms
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility/larger institution (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Able to respond to emergencies and be on-call
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
• Relate positively and favorably to residents and families
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
